The place is fairly clean with an exceptional view of the lake, located in a comfy residential area just a 10-minute walk from the metro.

The room I stayed in was a decent size and recently refurbished, it had 2 queen-size beds. The service was good, including a friendly check-in. The shuttle to-and-from airport was also a good thing. The setting was stunning, so close to downtown and local businesses and a very short drive into Boston. I found Dorset Hall offering shots and different drinks 2 km of the venue.

Very convenient to the venue in which I was particpating. Provided shuttle service as available. Clean and quiet.
The breakfast selection and value for the "included" breakfast was somewhat limited.

I appreciate the hotel's location at the side of a river and the views that provides. The staff is efficient and polite and the room s are clean.
There were three of us staying in the room and there were only two bath towels and two hand towels. When it came time for showers in the morning (we arrived quite late), we were short towels. The staff knew there'd be 3 of us in the room and could have provided extra towels before our arrival. Additionally, the wait service at breakfast is a bit slow....but, perhaps I think that because I'm a New yorker and expect everything to happen very quickly.

Had a nice restuarant and the complimentary breakfasts were good. Staff was very courteous in giving us information about sightseeing and best route to our next destination.

Friendly and helpful; many Goodmornings & Goodnites, always "do you need help?" Great breakfast comp.,many good choices, love hot coffee in the morning! We know the area & have stayed there before & will again.
Resturant on site,for us and invite our friends to dinner or drinks, good menu.
